Biography

David A. Cox is a partner at Bayliff, Harrigan, Cord, Maugans & Cox, P.C. Areas of practice include civil trial practice, real estate law, probate law, personal injury, and family law. He was born in Rantoul, Illinois, in 1955.

David served as an instructor for the paralegal program at Indiana University, Kokomo from 1991-1995. He also served as Judge for the Howard County Superior Court III from 2001-2002, and now serves as Senior Judge for the Circuit Courts of Miami, Fulton, and Tipton County.
